Leviticus 13:21-23

²¹ But if the priest sees that there are no white hairs in this spot, and the spot does not appear to be deeper than the skin, and if the color is gray, then the priest shall quarantine him for seven days. ²² If during that time the spot spreads, the priest must declare him a leper. ²³ But if the bright spot grows no larger and does not spread, it is merely the scar from the boil, and the priest shall declare that all is well.
