15 And the priest shall examine the raw flesh,[a] and he shall pronounce him unclean—the raw flesh[b] is unclean; it is an infectious skin disease. 16 Or, when the raw flesh[c] returns and it has changed to white, then[d] he shall come to the priest, 17 and the priest shall examine him, and if[e] the infection has changed to white, then[f] the priest shall pronounce the afflicted person clean—he is clean.
