^24 (A)Then fire came out from before Yahweh and consumed the burnt offering and the portions of fat on the altar. And all the people saw it and shouted and fell on their faces.

¹⁶ Then David lifted up his eyes and saw the angel of Yahweh standing between earth and heaven, with his drawn sword in his hand stretched out over Jerusalem. Then David and the elders, ^(A)covered with sackcloth, fell on their faces.

²⁸ As the appearance of the ^(A)rainbow ^[a]in the clouds on a rainy day, so was the appearance of the radiance all around. Such was the appearance of the likeness of the ^(B)glory of Yahweh. And I saw this, and I ^(C)fell on my face and heard a sound of a voice speaking.

⁶ And when the disciples heard this, they fell on their faces and were terrified.
