Leviticus 5:11

11 “‘But[a] if he cannot afford[b] two turtledoves or two young doves,[c] then,[d] because he has sinned, he shall bring as his offering a tenth of an[e] ephah of finely milled flour as a sin offering. He must not put[f] oil on it, nor should he put frankincense on it, because it is a sin offering.

11 “‘If, however, they cannot afford(A) two doves or two young pigeons,(B) they are to bring as an offering for their sin a tenth of an ephah[a](C) of the finest flour(D) for a sin offering. They must not put olive oil or incense on it, because it is a sin offering.
