Leviticus 22:5-7

5 or who has touched a reptile or insect that can make him unclean, or a man who is unclean for any reason and who can transmit to him his uncleanness — 6 the person who touches any of these will be unclean until evening and is not to eat the holy things unless he bathes his body in water. 7 After sunset he will be clean; and afterwards, he may eat the holy things; because they are his food.

New International Version
5 or if he touches any crawling thing(A) that makes him unclean, or any person(B) who makes him unclean, whatever the uncleanness may be. 6 The one who touches any such thing will be unclean(C) till evening.(D) He must not eat any of the sacred offerings unless he has bathed himself with water.(E) 7 When the sun goes down, he will be clean, and after that he may eat the sacred offerings, for they are his food.(F)
