Leviticus 18:18-20

International Standard Version

¹⁸“You are not to marry a woman and then have sexual relations with her sister as a rival when your wife^[a] is still alive.

¹⁹“You are not to approach a menstruating woman to have sexual relations with her.^[b]

²⁰“You are not to have sexual relations with your neighbor’s wife and thereby become ceremonially unclean with her.”

¹⁸“‘Do not take your wife’s sister^(A) as a rival wife and have sexual relations with her while your wife is living.

¹⁹“‘Do not approach a woman to have sexual relations during the uncleanness^(B) of her monthly period.^(C)

²⁰“‘Do not have sexual relations with your neighbor’s wife^(D) and defile yourself with her.

¹⁸Neither shalt thou take a wife to her sister, to vex her, to uncover her nakedness, beside the other in her life time.

¹⁹Also thou shalt not approach unto a woman to uncover her nakedness, as long as she is put apart for her uncleanness.

²⁰Moreover thou shalt not lie carnally with thy neighbour's wife, to defile thyself with her.
