Leviticus 17:3-4

3 If any one of the house of Israel (A)kills an ox or a lamb or a goat in the camp, or kills it outside the camp, 4 and (B)does not bring it to the entrance of the tent of meeting to offer it as a gift to the Lord in front of the tabernacle of the Lord, bloodguilt shall be imputed to that man. He has shed blood, and that man (C)shall be cut off from among his people.

3 Any Israelite who sacrifices an ox,[a] a lamb(A) or a goat(B) in the camp or outside of it 4 instead of bringing it to the entrance to the tent of meeting(C) to present it as an offering to the Lord in front of the tabernacle of the Lord(D)—that person shall be considered guilty of bloodshed; they have shed blood and must be cut off from their people.(E)
