Leviticus 16:27-29
English Standard Version
27 (A)And the bull for the sin offering and the goat for the sin offering, whose blood was brought in to make atonement in the Holy Place, shall be carried outside the camp. Their skin and their flesh and their dung shall be burned up with fire. 28 And he who burns them shall wash his clothes and bathe his body in water, and afterward he may come into the camp.
29 “And it shall be a statute to you forever that (B)in the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, you shall (C)afflict yourselves[a] and shall do no work, either (D)the native or the stranger who sojourns among you.

New International Version
27 The bull and the goat for the sin offerings, whose blood was brought into the Most Holy Place to make atonement, must be taken outside the camp;(A) their hides, flesh and intestines are to be burned up. 28 The man who burns them must wash his clothes and bathe himself with water; afterward he may come into the camp.(B)
29 “This is to be a lasting ordinance(C) for you: On the tenth day of the seventh month(D) you must deny yourselves[a](E) and not do any work(F)—whether native-born(G) or a foreigner residing among you—
