Leviticus 16:13-15

13 and put the incense on the fire before the Lord, so that the cloud of the incense may cover the mercy-seat[a] that is upon the covenant,[b] or he will die. 14 He shall take some of the blood of the bull, and sprinkle it with his finger on the front of the mercy-seat,[c] and before the mercy-seat[d] he shall sprinkle the blood with his finger seven times.
15 He shall slaughter the goat of the sin-offering that is for the people and bring its blood inside the curtain, and do with its blood as he did with the blood of the bull, sprinkling it upon the mercy-seat[e] and before the mercy-seat.[f]

13 He is to put the incense on the fire before the Lord, and the smoke of the incense will conceal the atonement cover(A) above the tablets of the covenant law, so that he will not die.(B) 14 He is to take some of the bull’s blood(C) and with his finger sprinkle it on the front of the atonement cover; then he shall sprinkle some of it with his finger seven times before the atonement cover.(D)
15 “He shall then slaughter the goat for the sin offering for the people(E) and take its blood behind the curtain(F) and do with it as he did with the bull’s blood: He shall sprinkle(G) it on the atonement cover and in front of it.
