⁶ As for the live bird, he shall take it together with ^(A)the cedar wood, the ^[a]scarlet string, and the ^(B)hyssop, and shall dip them and the live bird in the blood of the bird that was slaughtered over the ^[b]running water.

⁴⁹ To cleanse the house then, he shall take ^(A)two birds, cedar wood, a ^[a]scarlet string, and hyssop,

⁵¹ Then he shall take the cedar wood, the ^(A)hyssop, and the ^[a]scarlet string, with the live bird, and dip them in the blood of the slaughtered bird as well as in the ^[b]running water, and sprinkle the house seven times. ⁵² So he shall cleanse the house with the blood of the bird and with the ^[c]running water, along with the live bird, the cedar wood, the hyssop, and the ^[d]scarlet string.

⁶ And the priest shall take ^(A)cedar wood, hyssop, and scarlet material, and throw it into the midst of the ^[a]burning heifer.
