⁴⁴ For ^(A)I am Yahweh your God. Therefore, set yourselves apart as holy and ^(B)be holy, for I am holy. And you shall not make yourselves unclean with any of the swarming things that move on the earth. ^45 (C)For I am Yahweh who brought you up from the land of Egypt to be your God; thus ^(D)you shall be holy, for I am holy.’”

⁹ So ^(A)David was afraid of Yahweh that day; and he said, “How can the ark of Yahweh come to me?”

² “But who can ^(A)endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a ^(B)smelter’s fire and like ^[a]fullers’ soap.

¹⁷ for ^(A)the great ^(B)day of their ^[a]wrath has come, and ^(C)who is able to stand?”
