4 He is to lay his hand on(A) the head of the burnt offering so it can be accepted(B) on his behalf to make atonement for him.(C) 5 He is to slaughter the bull before the Lord; Aaron’s sons the priests(D) are to present the blood(E) and splatter it(F) on all sides of the altar that is at the entrance to the tent of meeting.

4 You are to lay your hand on the head(A) of the burnt offering,(B) and it will be accepted(C) on your behalf to make atonement(D) for you. 5 You are to slaughter(E) the young bull(F) before the Lord, and then Aaron’s sons(G) the priests shall bring the blood and splash it against the sides of the altar(H) at the entrance to the tent of meeting.
