³ ‘If his offering is a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male ^(A)without blemish; he shall offer it of his own free will at the door of the tabernacle of meeting before the Lord.

⁵ Your lamb shall be ^(A)without^[a] blemish, a male ^[b]of the first year. You may take it from the sheep or from the goats.

¹² ‘And if his ^(A)offering is a goat, then ^(B)he shall offer it before the Lord.

²³ or ^(A)if his sin which he has committed ^[a]comes to his knowledge, he shall bring as his offering a kid of the goats, a male without blemish.

²⁸ or ^(A)if his sin which he has committed comes to his knowledge, then he shall bring as his offering a kid of the goats, a female without blemish, for his sin which he has committed.
