18 Sinabi pa ni Yahweh kay Moises, 2 “Ito ang sabihin mo sa mga Israelita: ‘Ako si Yahweh ang inyong Diyos. 3 Huwag ninyong gagayahin ang mga kaugalian sa Egipto na inyong pinanggalingan o ang mga kaugalian sa Canaan na pagdadalhan ko sa inyo. 4 Ang sundin ninyo'y ang mga kautusan at tuntuning ibinigay ko sa inyo. Ako si Yahweh, ang inyong Diyos. 5 Ang(A) sinumang tutupad ng aking mga kautusan at tuntunin ay mabubuhay; ako si Yahweh.’
6 “Huwag kayong makipagtalik sa malapit na kamag-anak. Ako si Yahweh. 7 Huwag kayong makipagtalik sa inyong ina, iyan ay kahihiyan sa inyong ama. Hindi ninyo dapat halayin ang inyong ina. 8 Huwag(B) kayong makipagtalik sa ibang asawa ng inyong ama, inilalagay ninyo sa kahihiyan ang inyong sariling ama. 9 Huwag(C) kayong makipagtalik sa inyong kapatid na babae, maging siya'y anak ng inyong ama o ng inyong ina, ipinanganak man siya sa inyong lupain o sa ibang bayan. 10 Huwag kayong makipagtalik sa inyong apo, maging sa anak ninyong lalaki o babae; iyan ay kahihiyan sa inyo. 11 Huwag kayong makipagtalik sa anak ng inyong ama sa ibang babae, sapagkat siya'y kapatid din ninyo. 12 Huwag(D) kayong makipagtalik sa kapatid na babae ng inyong ama, siya'y kadugo ng inyong ama. 13 Huwag kayong makipagtalik sa kapatid na babae ng inyong ina, siya'y kadugo ng inyong ina. 14 Huwag kayong makipagtalik sa asawa ng inyong tiyo, tiya mo na rin siya. 15 Huwag(E) kayong makipagtalik sa inyong manugang na babae; siya'y asawa ng inyong anak na lalaki. Hindi ninyo dapat ilagay sa kahihiyan ang inyong sariling anak. 16 Huwag(F) kayong makipagtalik sa inyong hipag; taglay niya ang kapurihan ng inyong kapatid. 17 Huwag(G) kayong makipagtalik sa anak o sa apong babae ng isang babaing nakatalik ninyo noon. Maaaring ang mga iyon ay kamag-anak ninyo, at iyan ay kahalayan. 18 Hindi ninyo maaaring maging asawa ang inyong hipag kung buháy pa ang inyong asawa. Inilalagay ninyo sa kahihiyan ang iyong asawa na kanyang kapatid.
19 “Huwag(H) kayong makipagtalik sa isang babae habang siya'y may regla sapagkat siya'y marumi. 20 Huwag(I) ninyong durungisan ang inyong sarili sa pakikiapid sa asawa ng iba. 21 Huwag(J) ninyong ibibigay ang alinman sa inyong mga anak upang sunugin bilang handog kay Molec sapagkat ito'y paglapastangan sa pangalan ng inyong Diyos. Ako si Yahweh. 22 Huwag(K) kayong makipagtalik sa kapwa ninyo lalaki; iyan ay karumal-dumal. 23 Huwag(L) kayong makipagtalik sa alinmang hayop sapagkat durungisan ninyo ang inyong sarili kung gagawin ninyo ito. Hindi rin dapat pasiping ang sinumang babae sa anumang hayop; ito ay kasuklam-suklam.
24 “Huwag ninyong durungisan ang inyong sarili sa alinman sa mga gawaing ito. Ganyan ang ginawa ng mga bansang nauna sa inyo, kaya ko sila sinumpa. 25 Pati ang lupain nila'y naging kasuklam-suklam, kaya pinarusahan ko at itinakwil ang mga mamamayan doon. 26 Kaya dapat ninyong sundin ang aking mga utos at tuntunin, at iwasan ninyo ang lahat ng gawaing ipinagbabawal ko, maging Israelita o dayuhan man kayo. 27 Ang mga taong nauna sa inyo rito ay namuhay sa ganoong karumal-dumal na gawain kaya naging kasumpa-sumpa ang kanilang lupain. 28 Kapag sila'y inyong tinularan, palalayasin din kayo sa lupaing ito, tulad ng nangyari sa kanila. 29 Sapagkat ang sinumang gumawa ng alinmang karumal-dumal na gawaing ito ay dapat itiwalag sa sambayanan.
30 “Sundin ninyo ang ipinag-uutos ko at huwag ninyong gagayahin ang mga kasuklam-suklam na kaugalian nila upang hindi kayo maging maruming tulad nila. Ako si Yahweh, ang inyong Diyos.”

18 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 2 “Speak to the people of Israel and say to them, (A)I am the Lord your God. 3 (B)You shall not do as they do in the land of Egypt, where you lived, and (C)you shall not do as they do in the land of Canaan, to which I am bringing you. You shall not walk in their statutes. 4 (D)You shall follow my rules[a] and keep my statutes and walk in them. (E)I am the Lord your God. 5 (F)You shall therefore keep my statutes and my rules; (G)if a person does them, he shall live by them: I am the Lord.
6 “None of you shall approach any one of his close relatives to uncover nakedness. I am the Lord. 7 (H)You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father, which is the nakedness of your mother; she is your mother, you shall not uncover her nakedness. 8 (I)You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father's wife; it is your father's nakedness. 9 (J)You shall not uncover the nakedness of your sister, your father's daughter or your mother's daughter, whether brought up in the family or in another home. 10 You shall not uncover the nakedness of your son's daughter or of your daughter's daughter, for their nakedness is your own nakedness. 11 You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father's wife's daughter, brought up in your father's family, since she is your sister. 12 You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father's sister; she is your father's relative. 13 You shall not uncover the nakedness of your mother's sister, for she is your mother's relative. 14 You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father's brother, that is, you shall not approach his wife; she is your aunt. 15 (K)You shall not uncover the nakedness of your daughter-in-law; she is your son's wife, you shall not uncover her nakedness. 16 (L)You shall not uncover the nakedness of your brother's wife; it is your brother's nakedness. 17 You shall not uncover the nakedness of a woman and of her daughter, and you shall not take her son's daughter or her daughter's daughter to uncover her nakedness; they are relatives; it is depravity. 18 And you shall not take a woman as a (M)rival wife to her sister, uncovering her nakedness (N)while her sister is still alive.
19 (O)“You shall not approach a woman to uncover her nakedness while she is in her menstrual uncleanness. 20 (P)And you shall not lie sexually with your neighbor's wife and so make yourself unclean with her. 21 You shall not give any of your children to (Q)offer them[b] to (R)Molech, and so (S)profane the name of your God: I am the Lord. 22 (T)You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination. 23 (U)And you shall not lie with any animal and so make yourself unclean with it, neither shall any woman give herself to an animal to lie with it: it is (V)perversion.
24 (W)“Do not make yourselves unclean by any of these things, (X)for by all these the nations I am driving out before you have become unclean, 25 and the (Y)land became unclean, so that I punished its iniquity, and the land (Z)vomited out its inhabitants. 26 But (AA)you shall keep my statutes and my rules and do none of these abominations, either the (AB)native or the stranger who sojourns among you 27 (for the people of the land, who were before you, did all of these abominations, so that the land became unclean), 28 lest the land vomit you out when you make it unclean, as it vomited out the nation that was before you. 29 For everyone who does any of these abominations, the persons who do them shall be cut off from among their people. 30 (AC)So keep my charge never to practice (AD)any of these abominable customs that were practiced before you, and never to make yourselves unclean by them: (AE)I am the Lord your God.”

6 ‘None of you shall approach any blood relative [f]of his to uncover nakedness; I am the Lord. 7 (F)You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father, that is, the nakedness of your mother. She is your mother; you are not to uncover her nakedness. 8 (G)You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father’s wife; it is your father’s nakedness. 9 As for (H)the nakedness of your sister, either your father’s daughter or your mother’s daughter, whether born in the household or born outside the household, you shall not uncover their nakedness. 10 The nakedness of your son’s daughter or your daughter’s daughter, their nakedness you shall not uncover; for [g]their nakedness is yours. 11 The nakedness of your father’s wife’s daughter, born to your father, she is your sister; you shall not uncover her nakedness. 12 (I)You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father’s sister; she is your father’s blood relative. 13 You shall not uncover the nakedness of your mother’s sister, for she is your mother’s blood relative. 14 (J)You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father’s brother. You shall not approach his wife; she is your aunt. 15 (K)You shall not uncover the nakedness of your daughter-in-law. She is your son’s wife; you shall not uncover her nakedness. 16 (L)You shall not uncover the nakedness of your brother’s wife; it is your brother’s nakedness. 17 (M)You shall not uncover the nakedness of a woman and of her daughter, nor shall you take her son’s daughter or her daughter’s daughter, to uncover her nakedness; they are blood relatives. It is an outrageous sin. 18 And you shall not [h]marry a woman in addition to her sister [i]as a second wife while she is alive, to uncover her nakedness.
19 ‘(N)Also you shall not approach a woman to uncover her nakedness during her (O)menstrual impurity. 20 And (P)you shall not have sexual intercourse with your neighbor’s wife, to be defiled with her. 21 You shall not give any of your children (Q)to [j]offer them to Molech, nor shall you (R)profane the name of your God; I am the Lord. 22 (S)You shall not sleep with a male as [k]one sleeps with a female; it is an abomination. 23 (T)Also you shall not have sexual intercourse with any animal to be defiled with it, nor shall any woman stand before an animal to [l]mate with it; it is a perversion.
24 ‘Do not defile yourselves by any of these things; for by all these things (U)the nations which I am driving out from you have become defiled. 25 For the land has become defiled, (V)therefore I have brought its punishment upon it, so the land (W)has vomited out its inhabitants. 26 But as for you, you are to keep My statutes and My judgments, and you shall not do any of these abominations, neither the native, nor the stranger who resides among you 27 (for the people of the land who were there before you did all these abominations, and the land has become defiled), 28 so that the land will not vomit you out should you defile it, as it has vomited out the nation which was there before you. 29 For whoever does any of these abominations, those persons who do so shall be cut off from among their people. 30 So you are to keep (X)your [m]commitment to Me not to practice any of the abominable customs which have been practiced before you, so that you do not defile yourselves with them; (Y)I am the Lord your God.’”
