² and he said to Aaron, ^(A)“Take for yourself a bull calf for a sin offering and ^(B)a ram for a burnt offering, both without blemish, and offer them before the Lord.

³ if it is the anointed priest who ^(A)sins, thus bringing guilt on the people, then he shall offer for the sin that he has committed ^(B)a bull from the herd without blemish to the Lord for a sin offering.

¹⁰ And by that will ^(A)we have been sanctified through the offering of ^(B)the body of Jesus Christ ^(C)once for all.

¹¹ And every priest stands ^(D)daily at his service, ^(E)offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, ^(F)which can never take away sins. ¹² But when Christ^[a] had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he ^(G)sat down at the right hand of God, ¹³ waiting from that time ^(H)until his enemies should be made a footstool for his feet. ¹⁴ For by a single offering ^(I)he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified.

²⁷ He has no need, like those high priests, to offer sacrifices daily, ^(A)first for his own sins and then for those of the people, since he did this ^(B)once for all when he offered up himself.

^21 (A)For our sake he made him to be sin ^(B)who knew no sin, so that in him we might become ^(C)the righteousness of God.

^18 (A)Then he presented the ram of the burnt offering, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram.

¹⁴ Then he brought ^(A)the bull of the sin offering, and Aaron and his sons ^(B)laid their hands on the head of the bull of the sin offering.

Consecration of the Priests

29 “Now this is what you shall do to them to consecrate them, that they may serve me as priests. ^(A)Take one bull of the herd and two rams without blemish,

⁷ Then Moses said to Aaron, “Draw near to the altar and ^(A)offer your sin offering and your burnt offering and ^(B)make atonement for yourself and for the people, and bring the offering of the people and make atonement for them, as the Lord has commanded.”

⁸ So Aaron drew near to the altar and killed the calf of the sin offering, which was for himself.
