⁶ Then Moses brought Aaron and his sons and ^(A)washed them with water.

²⁶ that He might ^[a]sanctify and cleanse her ^(A)with the washing of water ^(B)by the word,

¹¹ And such were ^(A)some of you. ^(B)But you were washed, but you were ^[a]sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.

⁴ “And Aaron and his sons you shall bring to the door of the tabernacle of meeting, ^(A)and you shall wash them with water.

¹⁴ And I said to him, ^[a]“Sir, you know.”

So he said to me, ^(A)“These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and ^(B)washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

⁵ and from Jesus Christ, ^(A)the faithful ^(B)witness, the ^(C)firstborn from the dead, and ^(D)the ruler over the kings of the earth.

To Him ^(E)who ^[a]loved us ^(F)and washed us from our sins in His own blood, ⁶ and has ^(G)made us ^[b]kings and priests to His God and Father, ^(H)to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

²² let us ^(A)draw near with a true heart ^(B)in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.

¹⁰ concerned only with ^(A)foods and drinks, ^(B)various ^[a]washings, ^(C)and fleshly ordinances imposed until the time of reformation.

⁸ Peter said to Him, “You shall never wash my feet!”

Jesus answered him, ^(A)“If I do not wash you, you have no part with Me.”

⁹ Simon Peter said to Him, “Lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head!”

¹⁰ Jesus said to him, “He who is bathed needs only to wash his feet, but is completely clean; and ^(B)you are clean, but not all of you.”
