^25 (A)Then the priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering and pour out the rest of its blood at the base of the altar of burnt offering.

⁷ And the priest ^(A)shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of fragrant incense before the Lord that is in the tent of meeting, and ^(B)all the rest of the blood of the bull he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering that is at the entrance of the tent of meeting.

^9 (A)And the sons of Aaron presented the blood to him, and he dipped his finger in the blood and ^(B)put it on the horns of the altar and poured out the blood at the base of the altar.

²² Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, and ^(A)without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins.

¹⁰ For it ^(A)was fitting that he, ^(B)for whom and by whom all things exist, in bringing many sons ^(C)to glory, should make the ^(D)founder of their salvation ^(E)perfect through suffering.

⁴ For ^(A)Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.^[a]

³ For ^(A)God has done what the law, ^(B)weakened by the flesh, ^(C)could not do. ^(D)By sending his own Son ^(E)in the likeness of sinful flesh and ^(F)for sin,^[a] he condemned sin in the flesh, ⁴ in order that ^(G)the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, ^(H)who walk not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
