²⁴ And in the fourth year all its fruit shall be holy, an offering of praise to the Lord.

^4 (A)The firstfruits of your grain, of your wine and of your oil, and the first fleece of your sheep, you shall give him.

^28 (A)“At the end of every three years you shall bring out all the tithe of your produce in the same year and lay it up within your towns. ²⁹ And the Levite, because ^(B)he has no portion or inheritance with you, and the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow, who are within your towns, shall come and eat and be filled, that ^(C)the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hands that you do.

^12 (A)All the best of the oil and all the best of the wine and of the grain, ^(B)the firstfruits of what they give to the Lord, I give to you. ¹³ The first ripe fruits of all that is in their land, ^(C)which they bring to the Lord, shall be yours. ^(D)Everyone who is clean in your house may eat it.

¹⁷ You may not eat within your towns ^(A)the tithe of your grain or of your wine or of your oil, or the firstborn of your herd or of your flock, or any of your vow offerings that you vow, or your freewill offerings or the contribution that you present, ¹⁸ but ^(B)you shall eat them before the Lord your God in ^(C)the place that the Lord your God will choose, you and your son and your daughter, your male servant and your female servant, and the Levite who is within your towns. And ^(D)you shall rejoice before the Lord your God in all that you undertake.
