²³ ‘When you come into the land, and have planted all kinds of trees for food, then you shall count their fruit as ^[a]uncircumcised. Three years it shall be as uncircumcised to you. It shall not be eaten.

Israel Resists the Holy Spirit

⁵¹ “You ^(A)stiff-necked^[a] and ^(B)uncircumcised in heart and ears! You always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, so do you.

^27 (A)“When a bull or a sheep or a goat is born, it shall be seven days with its mother; and from the eighth day and thereafter it shall be accepted as an offering made by fire to the Lord.

²⁵ “Behold, the days are coming,” says the Lord, “that ^(A)I will punish all who are circumcised with the uncircumcised— ²⁶ Egypt, Judah, Edom, the people of Ammon, Moab, and all who are in the ^(B)farthest corners, who dwell in the wilderness. For all these nations are uncircumcised, and all the house of Israel are ^(C)uncircumcised in the heart.”

^34 (A)“When you have come into the land of Canaan, which I give you as a possession, and ^(B)I put the ^[a]leprous plague in a house in the land of your possession,

³ And on the ^(A)eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised.

²⁹ “You shall not delay to offer ^(A)the first of your ripe produce and your juices. ^(B)The firstborn of your sons you shall give to Me. ^30 (C)Likewise you shall do with your oxen and your sheep. It shall be with its mother ^(D)seven days; on the eighth day you shall give it to Me.

³⁰ But Moses said before the Lord, “Behold, ^(A)I am ^[a]of uncircumcised lips, and how shall Pharaoh heed me?”
