⁴ He shall put the ^(A)holy linen tunic and the linen trousers on his body; he shall be girded with a linen sash, and with the linen turban he shall be attired. These are holy garments. Therefore ^(B)he shall wash his body in water, and put them on.

³⁹ “You shall ^(A)skillfully weave the tunic of fine linen thread, you shall make the turban of fine linen, and you shall make the sash of woven work.

^40 (B)“For Aaron’s sons you shall make tunics, and you shall make sashes for them. And you shall make ^[a]hats for them, for glory and ^(C)beauty. ⁴¹ So you shall put them on Aaron your brother and on his sons with him. You shall ^(D)anoint them, ^(E)consecrate them, and ^[b]sanctify them, that they may minister to Me as priests. ⁴² And you shall make ^(F)for them linen trousers to cover their ^[c]nakedness; they shall ^[d]reach from the waist to the thighs. ⁴³ They shall be on Aaron and on his sons when they come into the tabernacle of meeting, or when they come near ^(G)the altar to minister in the holy place, that they ^(H)do not incur ^[e]iniquity and die. ^(I)It shall be a statute forever to him and his descendants after him.

¹⁷ And it shall be, whenever they enter the gates of the inner court, that ^(A)they shall put on linen garments; no wool shall come upon them while they minister within the gates of the inner court or within the house. ^18 (B)They shall have linen turbans on their heads and linen trousers on their bodies; they shall not clothe themselves with anything that causes sweat.

²⁰ When they go into the tabernacle of meeting, or when they come near the altar to minister, to burn an offering made by fire to the Lord, they shall wash with water, lest they die.

²⁶ For such a High Priest was fitting for us, ^(A)who is holy, ^[a]harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, ^(B)and has become higher than the heavens;

⁶ Then Moses brought Aaron and his sons and ^(A)washed them with water. ⁷ And he ^(B)put the tunic on him, girded him with the sash, clothed him with the robe, and put the ephod on him; and he girded him with the intricately woven band of the ephod, and with it tied the ephod on him.

^10 (A)And the priest shall put on his linen garment, and his linen trousers he shall put on his body, and take up the ashes of the burnt offering which the fire has consumed on the altar, and he shall put them ^(B)beside the altar.

^27 (A)They made tunics, artistically woven of fine linen, for Aaron and his sons, ^28 (B)a turban of fine linen, exquisite hats of fine linen, ^(C)short trousers of fine woven linen, ^29 (D)and a sash of fine woven linen with blue, purple, and scarlet thread, made by a weaver, as the Lord had commanded Moses.

⁵ and from Jesus Christ, ^(A)the faithful ^(B)witness, the ^(C)firstborn from the dead, and ^(D)the ruler over the kings of the earth.

To Him ^(E)who ^[a]loved us ^(F)and washed us from our sins in His own blood, ⁶ and has ^(G)made us ^[b]kings and priests to His God and Father, ^(H)to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
