⁴⁹ And for the ^(A)cleansing of the house he shall take ^(B)two small birds, with cedarwood and scarlet yarn and hyssop,

⁴ the priest shall command them to take for him who is to be cleansed two live^[a] clean birds and ^(A)cedarwood and ^(B)scarlet yarn and ^(C)hyssop.
