¹⁵ The thigh^(A) that was presented and the breast that was waved must be brought with the fat portions of the food offerings, to be waved before the Lord as a wave offering.^(B) This will be the perpetual share for you and your children, as the Lord has commanded.”

³⁴ From the fellowship offerings of the Israelites, I have taken the breast that is waved and the thigh^(A) that is presented and have given them to Aaron the priest and his sons^(B) as their perpetual share from the Israelites.’”

¹³ Don’t you know that those who serve in the temple get their food from the temple, and that those who serve at the altar share in what is offered on the altar?^{(A) 14} In the same way, the Lord has commanded that those who preach the gospel should receive their living from the gospel.^(B)

²⁹ “Say to the Israelites: ‘Anyone who brings a fellowship offering to the Lord is to bring part of it as their sacrifice to the Lord. ³⁰ With their own hands they are to present the food offering to the Lord; they are to bring the fat, together with the breast, and wave the breast before the Lord as a wave offering.^(A)

¹⁷ Abraham fell facedown;^(A) he laughed^(B) and said to himself, “Will a son be born to a man a hundred years old?^(C) Will Sarah bear a child at the age of ninety?”^(D)

¹³ Whether born in your household or bought with your money, they must be circumcised.^(A) My covenant in your flesh is to be an everlasting covenant.^(B)

⁸ The whole land of Canaan,^(A) where you now reside as a foreigner,^(B) I will give as an everlasting possession to you and your descendants after you;^(C) and I will be their God.^(D)”

¹⁵ All the land that you see I will give to you and your offspring^[a] forever.^(A)
