¹¹ You are to slaughter it at the north side of the altar^(A) before the Lord, and Aaron’s sons the priests shall splash its blood against the sides of the altar.^(B)

⁵ You are to slaughter^(A) the young bull^(B) before the Lord, and then Aaron’s sons^(C) the priests shall bring the blood and splash it against the sides of the altar^(D) at the entrance to the tent of meeting.

⁵ Then he said to me, “Son of man, look toward the north.” So I looked, and in the entrance north of the gate of the altar I saw this idol^(A) of jealousy.

¹² Then he slaughtered the burnt offering.^(A) His sons handed him the blood,^(B) and he splashed it against the sides of the altar. ¹³ They handed him the burnt offering piece by piece, including the head, and he burned them on the altar.^{(C) 14} He washed the internal organs and the legs and burned them on top of the burnt offering on the altar.^(D)

² The guilt offering is to be slaughtered in the place where the burnt offering is slaughtered, and its blood is to be splashed against the sides of the altar.

²⁵ “Say to Aaron and his sons: ‘These are the regulations for the sin offering:^(A) The sin offering is to be slaughtered before the Lord^(B) in the place^(C) the burnt offering is slaughtered; it is most holy.

⁷ The sons of Aaron the priest are to put fire on the altar and arrange wood^(A) on the fire. ⁸ Then Aaron’s sons the priests shall arrange the pieces, including the head and the fat,^(B) on the wood^(C) that is burning on the altar. ⁹ You are to wash the internal organs and the legs with water,^(D) and the priest is to burn all of it^(E) on the altar.^(F) It is a burnt offering,^(G) a food offering,^(H) an aroma pleasing to the Lord.^(I)
