¹⁹ and the fat of the ox and of the ram: the fatty tail, the fat that covers the entrails, the two kidneys and the fat on them,^[a] and the appendage of the liver.

¹⁰ But the fat, the kidneys, and the appendage of the liver from the purification offering he turned into smoke on the altar, as the Lord had commanded Moses,

¹⁶ Then the priest shall turn these into smoke on the altar as a food offering by fire^[a] for a pleasing odor.

“All fat is the Lord’s.^(A)
