²⁴then I, too, will continue hostile to you: I myself will strike you sevenfold for your sins.^(A)

²⁴I myself will be hostile^(A) toward you and will afflict you for your sins seven times over.

²¹“If you continue hostile to me and will not obey me, I will continue to plague you sevenfold for your sins.
