¹⁸ Present with this bread seven male lambs, each a year old and without defect, one young bull and two rams. They will be a burnt offering to the Lord, together with their grain offerings and drink offerings^(A)—a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord.

¹³ And you say, ‘What a burden!’^(A) and you sniff at it contemptuously,^(B)” says the Lord Almighty.

“When you bring injured, lame or diseased animals and offer them as sacrifices,^(C) should I accept them from your hands?”^(D) says the Lord. ¹⁴ “Cursed is the cheat who has an acceptable male in his flock and vows to give it, but then sacrifices a blemished animal^(E) to the Lord. For I am a great king,^(F)” says the Lord Almighty,^(G) “and my name is to be feared^(H) among the nations.^(I)

²⁷ Present a burnt offering of two young bulls, one ram and seven male lambs a year old as an aroma pleasing to the Lord.^{(A) 28} With each bull there is to be a grain offering of three-tenths of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with oil; with the ram, two-tenths;^{(B) 29} and with each of the seven lambs, one-tenth.^{(C) 30} Include one male goat^(D) to make atonement for you. ³¹ Offer these together with their drink offerings, in addition to the regular burnt offering^(E) and its grain offering. Be sure the animals are without defect.

⁴ then the person who brings an offering shall present to the Lord a grain offering^(A) of a tenth of an ephah^[a] of the finest flour^(B) mixed with a quarter of a hin^[b] of olive oil. ⁵ With each lamb^(C) for the burnt offering or the sacrifice, prepare a quarter of a hin of wine^(D) as a drink offering.^(E)

⁶ “‘With a ram^(F) prepare a grain offering^(G) of two-tenths of an ephah^[c](H) of the finest flour mixed with a third of a hin^[d] of olive oil,^{(I) 7} and a third of a hin of wine^(J) as a drink offering.^(K) Offer it as an aroma pleasing to the Lord.^(L)

⁸ “‘When you prepare a young bull^(M) as a burnt offering or sacrifice, for a special vow^(N) or a fellowship offering^(O) to the Lord, ⁹ bring with the bull a grain offering^(P) of three-tenths of an ephah^[e](Q) of the finest flour mixed with half a hin^[f] of olive oil, ¹⁰ and also bring half a hin of wine^(R) as a drink offering.^(S) This will be a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord.^{(T) 11} Each bull or ram, each lamb or young goat, is to be prepared in this manner. ¹² Do this for each one, for as many as you prepare.^(U)
