⁴⁸ 
My eyes overflow with streams of tears
Because of the destruction of the daughter of my people (Jerusalem).
⁴⁹ 
My eyes overflow unceasingly,
Without stopping,
⁵⁰ 
Until the Lord looks down
And sees from heaven.
