⁶⁰ You have seen the depth of their vengeance,
    all their plots against me.^(A)

“Let us destroy the tree and its fruit;
    let us cut him off from the land of the living,^(C)
    that his name be remembered^(D) no more.”
²⁰ But you, Lord Almighty, who judge righteously^(E)
    and test the heart^(F) and mind,^(G)
let me see your vengeance^(H) on them,
    for to you I have committed my cause.

⁵⁹ Lord, you have seen the wrong done to me.^(A)
    Uphold my cause!^(B)

¹⁴ But you, God, see the trouble^(A) of the afflicted;
    you consider their grief and take it in hand.
The victims commit themselves to you;^(B)
    you are the helper^(C) of the fatherless.
