17 Because of the chozek (encouragement) he received, and having more zerizut on his own accord, he went forth to you.
18 And we sent with him the Ach b’Moshiach who is bavust (famous) among all the Kehillot for his proclaiming the Besuras HaGeulah,
19 And not only this but also this Ach b’Moshiach has been handpicked by the Kehillot to travel with us and with this avodas kodesh of chesed being administered by us to the kavod of Adoneinu Himself and as a gvies eidus (testimony) to your goodwill.

17 For Titus not only welcomed our appeal, but he is coming to you with much enthusiasm and on his own initiative.(A) 18 And we are sending along with him the brother(B) who is praised by all the churches(C) for his service to the gospel.(D) 19 What is more, he was chosen by the churches to accompany us(E) as we carry the offering, which we administer in order to honor the Lord himself and to show our eagerness to help.(F)

17 For (A)he not only accepted our appeal, but being himself very earnest he is going[a] to you of his own accord. 18 With him we are sending[b] (B)the brother who is famous among (C)all the churches for his preaching of the gospel. 19 And not only that, but he has been (D)appointed by the churches to travel with us as we carry out this act of (E)grace that is being ministered by us, (F)for the glory of the Lord himself and to show our good will.
