15 Aconteció después de algún tiempo, que en los días de la siega del trigo Sansón visitó a su mujer con un cabrito, diciendo: Entraré a mi mujer en el aposento. Mas el padre de ella no lo dejó entrar. 2 Y dijo el padre de ella: Me persuadí de que la aborrecías, y la di a tu compañero. Mas su hermana menor, ¿no es más hermosa que ella? Tómala, pues, en su lugar.

Samson’s Vengeance on the Philistines

15 Later on, at the time of wheat harvest,(A) Samson(B) took a young goat(C) and went to visit his wife. He said, “I’m going to my wife’s room.”(D) But her father would not let him go in.

2 “I was so sure you hated her,” he said, “that I gave her to your companion.(E) Isn’t her younger sister more attractive? Take her instead.”
