Judges 14:2-4

2 He went back and told his father and his mother, ‘I have seen a young Philistine woman in Timnah. Now get her for me as a wife.’
3 But his father and mother said to him, ‘Can’t you find a young woman among your relatives or among any of our people? Must you go to the uncircumcised Philistines for a wife? ’
But Samson told his father, ‘Get her for me. She’s the right one for me.’ 4 Now his father and mother did not know this was from the Lord,(A) who wanted the Philistines to provide an opportunity for a confrontation.[a] At that time, the Philistines were ruling Israel.

2 When he returned, he said to his father and mother, “I have seen a Philistine woman in Timnah; now get her for me as my wife.”(A)
3 His father and mother replied, “Isn’t there an acceptable woman among your relatives or among all our people?(B) Must you go to the uncircumcised(C) Philistines to get a wife?(D)”
But Samson said to his father, “Get her for me. She’s the right one for me.” 4 (His parents did not know that this was from the Lord,(E) who was seeking an occasion to confront the Philistines;(F) for at that time they were ruling over Israel.)(G)
