^20 (A)So the anger of the Lord burned against Israel, and He said, “Because this nation has transgressed My covenant which I commanded their fathers and has not listened to My voice,

¹¹ So the Lord said to Solomon, “Because ^[a]you have done this, and you have not kept My covenant and My statutes, which I have commanded you, ^(A)I will surely tear the kingdom from you, and will give it to your servant.

^15 (A)They rejected His statutes and ^(B)His covenant which He made with their fathers and His warnings with which He warned them. And ^(C)they followed vanity and ^(D)became vain, and went after the nations which surrounded them, concerning which the ^(E)Lord had commanded them not to do like them.

¹² because they ^(A)did not obey the voice of the Lord their God, but transgressed His covenant, even all that Moses the servant of the Lord commanded; they would neither listen nor do it.
