11 Then from the family of the Danites, from Zorah and from Eshtaol, 600 men armed with weapons of war set out. 12 And they went up and camped at Kiriath-jearim in Judah. Therefore they called that place [a](A)Mahaneh-dan to this day; behold, it is [b]west of Kiriath-jearim. 13 Then they passed from there to the hill country of Ephraim and came to the house of Micah.

11 Then six hundred men(A) of the Danites,(B) armed for battle, set out from Zorah and Eshtaol. 12 On their way they set up camp near Kiriath Jearim(C) in Judah. This is why the place west of Kiriath Jearim is called Mahaneh Dan[a](D) to this day. 13 From there they went on to the hill country of Ephraim and came to Micah’s house.(E)
