18 And the Angel of the Lord said unto him, Why askest thou thus after my name, which is [a]secret?
19 Then Manoah took a kid with a meat offering, and offered it upon a stone unto the Lord: and the Angel did [b]wondrously, while Manoah and his wife looked on.
20 For when the flame came up toward heaven from the altar, the Angel of the Lord ascended up in the flame of the altar, and Manoah and his wife beheld it, and fell on their faces unto the ground.

New International Version
18 He replied, “Why do you ask my name?(A) It is beyond understanding.[a]” 19 Then Manoah took a young goat, together with the grain offering, and sacrificed it on a rock(B) to the Lord. And the Lord did an amazing thing while Manoah and his wife watched: 20 As the flame(C) blazed up from the altar toward heaven, the angel of the Lord ascended in the flame. Seeing this, Manoah and his wife fell with their faces to the ground.(D)
