9 After that, the men of Judah went to fight the Canaanites who lived in the mountains, the Negev, and the foothills. 10 Then they went to fight the Canaanites who lived at Hebron. (In the past Hebron was called Kiriath Arba.) There they killed Sheshai, Ahiman, and Talmai.
11 From there Judah’s troops went to fight the people living at Debir. (In the past Debir was called Kiriath Sepher.)

9 After that, Judah went down to fight against the Canaanites living in the hill country,(A) the Negev(B) and the western foothills. 10 They advanced against the Canaanites living in Hebron(C) (formerly called Kiriath Arba(D)) and defeated Sheshai, Ahiman and Talmai.(E) 11 From there they advanced against the people living in Debir(F) (formerly called Kiriath Sepher).
