Ang Pulong Sa Dios

14 Miingon si Jesus kanila, “Ayaw kamog kaguol. Salig kamo sa Dios ug salig usab kamo kanako. 2 Didto sa balay sa akong Amahan adunay daghang lawak. Dili ako mosulti niini kaninyo kon dili pa kini tinuod. 3 Kon tua na ako didto ug makaandam na ug lugar alang kaninyo, mobalik ako aron kuhaon kamo, aron nga kon asa ako atua usab kamo. 4 Ug mahibaloan ninyo ang dalan paingon sa lugar nga akong pagaadtoan.” 5 Miingon si Tomas kaniya, “Ginoo, wala kami masayod kon asa ikaw moadto, busa unsaon namo pagkasayod sa dalan?” 6 Mitubag si Jesus kaniya, “Ako mao ang dalan, ang kamatuoran, ug ang kinabuhi. 8 Miingon si Felipe kaniya, “Ginoo, ipakita kanamo ang Amahan ug igo na kana alang kanamo.” 9 Mitubag si Jesus, “Dugay na ang atong panag-uban, Felipe, apan wala pa gayod diay ikaw makaila kanako? Ang nakakita kanako nakakita usab sa Amahan. Nganong nagaingon ka pa nga ipakita ko kaninyo ang Amahan? 10 Unsa, wala ba ikaw motuo nga ako anaa sa Amahan ug ang Amahan ania kanako? Ang mga pulong nga akong ginasulti kaninyo dili gikan kanako. Bisan unsa ang inyong hangyoon kanako pinaagi sa akong ngalan[a] buhaton ko kini.”

Higugmaon ko usab siya ug ipaila ko kaniya kon kinsa gayod ako.” 22 Unya gipangutana siya ni Judas (dili kini si Judas Iscariote), “Ginoo, nganong sa amo ka lang magpaila kon kinsa ka gayod? Nganong dili ka magpaila sa tanan?” 23 Mitubag si Jesus kaniya, “Ang nagahigugma kanako magatuman sa akong mga pulong; higugmaon siya sa akong Amahan, ug kami magapuyo kaniya. 24 Apan ang wala nagahigugma kanako wala nagatuman sa akong mga pulong. Kining mga pulonga nga inyong nadungog dili gikan kanako, kondili gikan sa Amahan nga nagpadala kanako.
25 “Kining mga butanga ginasulti ko nang daan kaninyo samtang kauban pa ninyo ako. 26 Apan kon makagikan na ako, ang Magdadasig nga mao ang Espiritu Santo mao ang ipadala sa Amahan puli kanako. Wala siyay gahom kanako. 31 Apan aron masayran sa tibuok kalibotan nga ginahigugma ko ang Amahan, ginasunod ko ang tanan nga iyang ginapabuhat kanako. Dali, manglakaw na kita.”

8 Filip I-a zis:
– Doamne, arată-ni-L pe Tatăl şi ne este de ajuns!
9 Isus i-a răspuns:
– De atâta timp sunt cu voi şi nu M-ai cunoscut, Filip? Cel ce M-a văzut pe Mine L-a văzut pe Tatăl. Cum de spui: „Arată-ni-L pe Tatăl!“?! 10 Nu crezi că Eu sunt în Tatăl şi Tatăl este în Mine? Cuvintele pe care vi le spun nu le spun de la Mine, ci Tatăl, Care locuieşte în Mine, Îşi face lucrările Lui. 11 Credeţi-Mă că Eu sunt în Tatăl şi Tatăl în Mine! Dacă nu, credeţi măcar datorită lucrărilor înseşi! 12 Adevărat, adevărat vă spun că cel ce crede în Mine va face şi el lucrările pe care le fac Eu, ba încă va face lucrări mai mari decât acestea, pentru că Eu Mă duc la Tatăl; 13 şi orice veţi cere în Numele Meu, voi face, pentru ca Tatăl să fie proslăvit în Fiul. 14 Dacă veţi cere ceva în Numele Meu, voi face.
Promisiunea Duhului Sfânt
15 Dacă Mă iubiţi, veţi păzi poruncile Mele. 16 Iar Eu Îl voi ruga pe Tatăl şi El vă va da un alt Apărător[g], Care să fie cu voi în veac, şi anume 17 Duhul adevărului, pe Care lumea nu-L poate primi, pentru că nici nu-L vede, nici nu-L cunoaşte. Voi Îl cunoaşteţi, pentru că rămâne cu voi şi va fi[h] în voi. 18 Nu vă voi lăsa orfani; voi veni iarăşi la voi. 19 Încă puţin, şi lumea nu Mă va mai vedea, însă voi Mă veţi vedea; pentru că Eu trăiesc, şi voi veţi trăi. 20 În ziua aceea veţi cunoaşte că Eu sunt în Tatăl Meu, voi în Mine şi Eu în voi. 21 Cel ce are poruncile Mele şi le păzeşte, acela este cel ce Mă iubeşte. Şi cel ce Mă iubeşte va fi iubit de Tatăl Meu, iar Eu îl voi iubi şi Mă voi arăta lui.
22 Iuda, nu Iscarioteanul, L-a întrebat:
– Doamne, cum se face că urmează să Te arăţi nouă şi nu lumii?
23 Isus i-a răspuns:
– Dacă Mă iubeşte cineva, va păzi Cuvântul Meu; şi Tatăl Meu îl va iubi, iar Noi vom veni la el şi vom locui împreună cu el[i]. 24 Cine nu Mă iubeşte nu păzeşte cuvintele Mele; şi cuvântul pe care-l auziţi nu este al Meu, ci al Tatălui, Care M-a trimis.
25 V-am spus aceste lucruri cât sunt încă cu voi. 26 Dar Apărătorul, adică Duhul Sfânt, pe Care Tatăl Îl va trimite în Numele Meu, vă va învăţa toate lucrurile şi vă va reaminti tot ce v-am spus. 27 Vă las pace, vă dau pacea Mea. Nu v-o dau aşa cum o dă lumea. Să nu vi se tulbure inima, nici să nu se înspăimânte!
28 Aţi auzit că v-am spus: „Mă duc şi voi veni iarăşi la voi.“ Dacă Mă iubeaţi, v-aţi fi bucurat că Mă duc la Tatăl, pentru că Tatăl este mai mare decât Mine. 29 Şi v-am spus acum, înainte să se întâmple, pentru ca, atunci când se va întâmpla, să credeţi. 30 Nu voi mai vorbi mult cu voi, pentru că vine domnitorul lumii acesteia. El nu are nimic în Mine, 31 dar trebuie ca lumea să cunoască că Eu Îl iubesc pe Tatăl şi că fac aşa cum mi-a poruncit Tatăl.

14 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?

24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.
25 These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.
26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.
29 And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.
30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.
31 But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.
