26 Y en aquel tiempo Josué juró diciendo: Maldito sea delante del SEÑOR el hombre que se levantare y reedificare esta ciudad de Jericó. En su primogénito eche sus cimientos, y en su menor asiente sus puertas.
27 Fue, pues, el SEÑOR con Josué, y su fama se divulgó por toda la tierra.

Joshua 6:26-27
New International Version
26 At that time Joshua pronounced this solemn oath:(A) “Cursed(B) before the Lord is the one who undertakes to rebuild this city, Jericho:
“At the cost of his firstborn son
he will lay its foundations;
at the cost of his youngest
he will set up its gates.”(C)
27 So the Lord was with Joshua,(D) and his fame spread(E) throughout the land.
