2 But the LORD said unto Joshua, See, I have given Jericho and its king into thy hand, with its mighty men of valour.
3 Therefore, ye shall compass the city, all ye men of war, going round about the city once; and thou shalt do this six days.
4 And seven priests shall bear before the ark seven shofarot {or rams horns} of jubilee; and the seventh day ye shall go around the city seven times, and the priests shall blow with the shofarot.

2 Then the Lord said to Joshua, “See, I have delivered(A) Jericho into your hands, along with its king and its fighting men. 3 March around the city once with all the armed men. Do this for six days. 4 Have seven priests carry trumpets of rams’ horns(B) in front of the ark. On the seventh day, march around the city seven times, with the priests blowing the trumpets.(C)
