⁴⁵ Judah also received Ekron with its cities and villages. ⁴⁶ This included all the cities with their villages between Ekron and the Mediterranean Sea and alongside Ashdod. ⁴⁷ Added to this were Ashdod and Gaza with their cities and villages as far as the River of Egypt and the coast of the Mediterranean Sea.
