14 This is what the children of Israel possessed in the land of Chanaan, which Eleazar the priest, and Josue the son of Nun, and the princes of the families by the tribes of Israel gave to them:

14 Now these are the areas the Israelites received as an inheritance^(A) in the land of Canaan, which Eleazar^(B) the priest, Joshua son of Nun and the heads of the tribal clans of Israel^(C) allotted^(D) to them.^(E) ²Their inheritances were assigned by lot^(F) to the nine and a half tribes,^(G) as the Lord had commanded through Moses. ³Moses had granted the two and a half tribes their inheritance east of the Jordan^(H) but had not granted the Levites an inheritance among the rest,^(I)

14 These are the areas which the children of Israel inherited in the land of Canaan, ^(A)which Eleazar the priest, Joshua the son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel distributed as an inheritance to them. ²Their inheritance was ^(B)by lot, as the Lord had commanded by the hand of Moses, for the nine tribes and the half-tribe. ³^(C)For Moses had given the inheritance of the two tribes and the half-tribe on the other side of the Jordan; but to the Levites he had given no inheritance among them.

14 These are the inheritances that the people of Israel received in the land of Canaan, which ^(A)Eleazar the priest and Joshua the son of Nun and the heads of the fathers' houses of the tribes of the people of Israel gave them to inherit. ²Their inheritance was ^(B)by lot, just as the Lord had commanded by the hand of Moses for the nine and one-half tribes. ³^(C)For Moses had given an inheritance to the two and one-half tribes beyond the Jordan, ^(D)but to the Levites he gave no inheritance among them.
