11 It also included Gilead,(A) the territory of the people of Geshur and Maakah, all of Mount Hermon and all Bashan as far as Salekah(B)— 12 that is, the whole kingdom of Og in Bashan,(C) who had reigned in Ashtaroth(D) and Edrei.(E) (He was the last of the Rephaites.(F)) Moses had defeated them and taken over their land.(G) 13 But the Israelites did not drive out the people of Geshur(H) and Maakah,(I) so they continue to live among the Israelites to this day.(J)

11 And Gilead, and the border of the Geshurites and Maachathites, and all mount Hermon, and all Bashan unto Salcah;
12 All the kingdom of Og in Bashan, which reigned in Ashtaroth and in Edrei, who remained of the remnant of the giants: for these did Moses smite, and cast them out.
13 Nevertheless the children of Israel expelled not the Geshurites, nor the Maachathites: but the Geshurites and the Maachathites dwell among the Israelites until this day.
