Joshua 10:7-9
Contemporary English Version
7 Joshua and his army, including his best warriors, left Gilgal. 8 “Joshua,” the Lord said, “don't be afraid of the Amorites. They will run away when you attack, and I will help you defeat them.”
9 Joshua marched all night from Gilgal to Gibeon and made a surprise attack on the Amorite camp.

7 So Joshua went up from Gilgal, he and (A)all the people of war with him, and all the mighty men of valor. 8 And the Lord said to Joshua, (B)“Do not fear them, for I have given them into your hands. (C)Not a man of them shall stand before you.” 9 So Joshua came upon them suddenly, having marched up all night from Gilgal.

7 So Joshua marched up from Gilgal with his entire army,(A) including all the best fighting men. 8 The Lord said to Joshua, “Do not be afraid(B) of them; I have given them into your hand.(C) Not one of them will be able to withstand you.”(D)
9 After an all-night march from Gilgal, Joshua took them by surprise.
