¹⁷ Then the sons of Israel set out and came to their cities on the third day. Now their cities were ^(A)Gibeon and Chephirah and Beeroth and Kiriath-jearim.

⁹ From the top of the mountain the border curved to the spring of the waters of Nephtoah and proceeded to the cities of Mount Ephron; then the border curved to ^(A)Baalah (that is, ^(B)Kiriath-jearim).

^5 (A)So David assembled all Israel together, from the Shihor of Egypt even to ^[a]Lebo-hamath, ^(B)to bring the ark of God from Kiriath-jearim. ^6 (C)And David and all Israel went up to ^(D)Baalah, that is, to Kiriath-jearim, which belongs to Judah, to bring up from there the ark of God, Yahweh, ^(E)who is enthroned above the cherubim, where His name is called.
