²⁵ And now we are in your hand: do as it seems good and right in your sight to do to us.”^(A)

⁶ But Abram said to Sarai, “Your slave is in your power; do to her as you please.” Then Sarai dealt harshly with her, and she ran away from her.

¹⁴ But as for me, here I am in your hands. Do with me as seems good and right to you.

²⁶ yes, Father, for such was your gracious will.^[a]

⁵ King Zedekiah said, “Here he is; he is in your hands, for the king is powerless against you.”^(A)
