²⁵ And now, here we are, ^(A)in your hands; do with us as it seems good and right to do to us.”

^6 (A)So Abram said to Sarai, “Indeed your maid is in your hand; do to her as you please.” And when Sarai dealt harshly with her, ^(B)she fled from her presence.

¹⁴ As for me, here ^(A)I am, in your hand; do with me as seems good and ^[a]proper to you.

²⁶ Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight.

⁵ Then Zedekiah the king said, “Look, he is in your hand. For the king can do nothing against you.”

¹⁴ And David said to Gad, “I am in great distress. Please let us fall into the hand of the Lord, ^(A)for His mercies are great; but ^(B)do not let me fall into the hand of man.”

¹⁸ Then Samuel told him everything, and hid nothing from him. And he said, ^(A)“It is the Lord. Let Him do what seems good to Him.”

¹⁵ Then he came to the men of Succoth and said, “Here are Zebah and Zalmunna, about whom you ^(A)ridiculed me, saying, ‘Are the hands of Zebah and Zalmunna now in your hand, that we should give bread to your weary men?’ ”
