Remaining Land to Be Conquered

13 Now Joshua ^(A)was old, advanced in years. And the Lord said to him: “You are old, advanced in years, and there remains very much land yet to be possessed.

¹⁰ And now, behold, the Lord has kept me ^(A)alive, ^(B)as He said, these forty-five years, ever since the Lord spoke this word to Moses while Israel ^[a]wandered in the wilderness; and now, here I am this day, eighty-five years old.

³ The Lord your God ^(A)Himself crosses over before you; He will destroy these nations from before you, and you shall dispossess them. ^(B)Joshua himself crosses over before you, just ^(C)as the Lord has said.

⁷ But they had no child, because Elizabeth was barren, and they were both well advanced in years.
