¹⁴ There has been no day like it before or since, when the Lord heeded a human voice, for the Lord fought for Israel.^(A)

³⁰ The Lord your God, who goes before you, is the one who will fight for you, just as he did for you in Egypt before your very eyes^(A)

¹⁴ The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to keep still.”^(A)

⁴² Joshua took all these kings and their land at one time because the Lord God of Israel fought for Israel.^(A)

³ and you have seen all that the Lord your God has done to all these nations for your sake, for it is the Lord your God who has fought for you.^(A)

⁶ The Lord replied, “If you had faith the size of a^[a] mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.^(A)

⁸ See, I will make the shadow cast by the declining sun on the dial of Ahaz turn back ten steps.” So the sun turned back on the dial the ten steps by which it had declined.^[a](A)

²² Jesus answered them, “Have faith in God.^{[a](A) 23} Truly I tell you, if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and if you do not doubt in your heart but believe that what you say will come to pass, it will be done for you.^{(B) 24} So I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received^[b] it, and it will be yours.^(C)

⁶ He said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, says the Lord of hosts.^{(A) 7} What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain, and he shall bring out the top stone amid shouts of ‘Grace, grace to it!’ ”^(B)

¹⁰ Hezekiah answered, “It is normal for the shadow to lengthen ten intervals; rather, let the shadow retreat ten intervals.” ¹¹ The prophet Isaiah cried to the Lord, and he brought the shadow back the ten intervals, by which the sun^[a] had declined on the dial of Ahaz.^(A)
