⁷ So he raised up their sons in their place, and these were the ones Joshua circumcised. They were still uncircumcised because they had not been circumcised on the way.

³⁹ And the little ones that you said would be taken captive,^(A) your children who do not yet know^(B) good from bad—they will enter the land. I will give it to them and they will take possession of it.

³¹ As for your children that you said would be taken as plunder, I will bring them in to enjoy the land you have rejected.^(A)
