Jonah 2:8-3:2

New International Version

⁸ “Those who cling to worthless idols^(A)
    turn away from God’s love for them.
⁹ But I, with shouts of grateful praise,^(B)
    will sacrifice^(C) to you.
What I have vowed^(D) I will make good.
    I will say, ‘Salvation^(E) comes from the Lord.’”
