Ang Pagkabanhaw ni Jesus
(Mat. 28:1-8; Mar. 16:1-8; Luc. 24:1-12)
20 Sayo sa adlawng Dominggo, ngitngit pa, miadto si Maria nga taga-Magdala didto sa lubnganan. Pag-abot niya didto, nakita niya nga ang gisampong nga bato wala na didto sa baba sa lubnganan. 2 Busa midagan siya paingon kang Simon Pedro ug sa tinun-an nga gimahal ni Jesus. Pag-abot niya didto kanila miingon siya, “Gikuha nila sa lubnganan ang Ginoo, ug wala kami masayod kon asa nila siya gibutang!” 3 Busa miadto si Pedro ug kadtong tinun-an didto sa lubnganan. 4 Nanagan silang duha, apan mas kusog modagan ang usa kay kang Pedro. Busa una siya nga nakaabot sa lubnganan. 5 Pag-abot niya didto miduko siya ug milili, ug nakita niya ang mga panaptong puti, apan wala siya mosulod. 6 Pagkataudtaod miabot usab si Simon Pedro, ug milahos siyag sulod sa lubnganan. Nakita niya ang mga panapton 7 ug ang panyo nga giputos sa ulo ni Jesus. Napilo na ang panyo sa usa ka lugar nga nalain sa mga panapton. 8-9 Misulod usab dayon ang tinun-an nga unang miabot, ug nakita usab niya ang mga butang sa sulod. Bisan wala pa sila makasabot sa giingon sa Kasulatan nga kinahanglan mabanhaw si Jesus, nagtuo siya nga nabanhaw si Jesus. 10 Ug mipauli dayon ang duha ka tinun-an.

20 The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.
2 Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.
3 Peter therefore went forth, and that other disciple, and came to the sepulchre.
4 So they ran both together: and the other disciple did outrun Peter, and came first to the sepulchre.
5 And he stooping down, and looking in, saw the linen clothes lying; yet went he not in.
6 Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie,
7 And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself.
8 Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the sepulchre, and he saw, and believed.
9 For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead.
10 Then the disciples went away again unto their own home.

20 El primer día de la semana, muy de mañana, cuando todavía estaba oscuro, María Magdalena fue al sepulcro y vio que habían removido la piedra que cubría la entrada. 2 Así que fue corriendo a ver a Simón Pedro y al otro discípulo, a quien Jesús amaba, y les dijo:
—¡Se han llevado del sepulcro al Señor y no sabemos dónde lo han puesto!
3 Entonces Pedro y el otro discípulo se dirigieron al sepulcro. 4 Ambos fueron corriendo, pero como el otro discípulo corría más rápido que Pedro, llegó primero al sepulcro. 5 Inclinándose, se asomó y vio allí las vendas, pero no entró. 6 Tras él llegó Simón Pedro y entró en el sepulcro. Vio allí las vendas 7 y el sudario que había cubierto la cabeza de Jesús, aunque el sudario no estaba con las vendas, sino enrollado en un lugar aparte. 8 En ese momento entró también el otro discípulo, el que había llegado primero al sepulcro; y vio y creyó. 9 Hasta entonces no habían entendido la Escritura que dice que Jesús tenía que resucitar.
